What's Offered at ASL JunSur
Here at the World ASL JunSur Federation we offer many different types of classes to suit every type of person. Classes range from martial arts group classes to private personal training.

Martial Arts Group Classes - Group classes are designed for students to get a chance to work with other students who are different in size and strength. Working with different people will help students to adapt to different situations.

Private Lessons - One-on-One trainging will benefit the student by allowing the students to learn more in depth. If needed, private lessons provide a way to make up missed classes.

Cross Training Martial Arts - Cross Training MA classes are designed to give students full body workouts using Martial arts methods and take about 30-45 min using muscle confusion to get fast and big results. With weight lifting and cardio, we can make you faster, stronger, leaner and build muscle. Get into shape the way you've always wanted to, and keep coming because of the motivation you will get from everyone else in the group. Fitness is the powerful result of combining explosive non-contact MA moves with the energy and vigour of an aerobic class Please contact to make an appointment for cross training MA!

Private Personal Training - Private personal training helps students reach a specific goal, whether it's to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or just get in shape. Private personal training, are one-on-one and designed specifically for each student.

Competition Team - Design for ranks yellow belt and above. Every students will train using traditional methods. This class will help students learn the roots while sculpting the students for martial arts tournaments as well as life skills. We compete for stand-up (TKD) and grappling (Jujutsu) competition. Master Asl he has also created 6 state champions and 4 National Champions in Olympic Tae Kwon Do and Jujutsu.
